TekBred User Agreement

By creating an account or accessing TekBred (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and TekBred (“TekBred,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

TekBred is a horse racing recommendation and data analytics platform. The Service provides subscribers with AI-generated rankings, top-3 selections, and probability-based recommendations derived from statistical models and historical race data.

TekBred is a data and analytics product. It is not a gaming operator and does not provide any real-money platform or service of any kind.

We do not accept, place, or process any real-money activity, and we do not hold funds on behalf of users. Any real-money activity is the sole responsibility of the user and must be conducted through licensed, regulated third-party operators in the user’s jurisdiction.

3.1 Available Plans. TekBred offers one or more access plans (“Plans”). Current Plan options, pricing, and features are displayed at checkout and on the pricing page. We may introduce, modify, or discontinue any Plan at any time.

3.2 Automatic Renewal Disclosure — please read carefully.

Any recurring Plan automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. Your payment method on file is charged automatically at the start of each new billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The billing interval and amount are shown at checkout prior to purchase. You receive a confirmation email after each successful charge restating the renewal terms, amount, next renewal date, and cancellation instructions. One-time Plans are charged once and do not auto-renew.

3.3 Billing Authorization. By selecting a recurring Plan and completing checkout, you authorize TekBred to charge your payment method the applicable fee at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

3.4 Cancellation. You may cancel a recurring Plan at any time via the Manage Subscription option in account settings, or by contacting support@tekbred.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. If you signed up online, you may always cancel online without contacting support.

3.5 Post-Purchase Confirmation. After each successful payment we email your registered address with the amount charged, the Plan purchased, the next renewal date (if applicable), and cancellation instructions.

3.6 No Free Trials. TekBred does not offer free trials. All Plans require payment at activation; access begins immediately upon successful payment.

3.7 Complimentary Access. We may, at our sole discretion, grant complimentary (free) access for a specified period. Complimentary access is non-transferable, has no cash value, may be revoked at any time without notice, and creates no obligation to continue or renew it.

3.8 Failed Payments. If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email and may suspend access until payment succeeds. We may cancel a subscription after repeated failed attempts.

3.9 Price Changes. We may modify Plan pricing at any time. For recurring Plans, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; otherwise, cancel before that date.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use TekBred. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. We may request age verification at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Do not share your account. Notify us immediately at support@tekbred.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Share, resell, or redistribute TekBred recommendations or content without written permission.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate TekBred’s models or data.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information at registration.

Violation may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

All content on TekBred — including model outputs, rankings, probability scores, design, software, and data — is the exclusive property of TekBred and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your Plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active access period.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TekBred does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result or prediction will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekBred and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall TekBred’s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to TekBred in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver. You and TekBred agree that any dispute will be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.

30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-action-waiver provision by emailing support@tekbred.com within 30 days of first accepting this Agreement, stating your name and intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of this Agreement.

We may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect, and you may be asked to re-accept the updated Agreement. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
