TekBred (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect when you use TekBred at tekbred.com, and how we use, share, and protect it. TekBred is a data analytics and recommendation product — we are not a gaming operator and do not collect or hold real-money funds.
- Account information: your name and email address, provided through Google sign-in when you create an account.
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive a customer/subscription identifier and status, but never your full card details.
- Agreement acceptance records: when you accept our User Agreement, we record the timestamp, the version accepted, and the IP address used, as proof of consent.
- Usage & analytics data: such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and access times, collected automatically. With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate usage; if you decline analytics cookies, GA4 is not loaded.
- To provide, operate, and secure the Service and your account.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
- To maintain a record of your acceptance of our legal terms.
- To send transactional communications (e.g., payment confirmations, renewal and cancellation notices, material changes to our terms).
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate TekBred, including:
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
- Google — authentication (sign-in).
- Neon — database hosting and user authentication storage.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregate usage analytics, loaded only with your consent.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and maintain your session. These are required for the Service to function.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics / GA4) are used only if you accept them via our cookie banner. You can decline, and you may change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. We do not use cookies to sell your data.
We retain your account and consent records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 8).
We implement measures designed to protect your information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. All payment transactions are handled by Stripe; we do not store card information on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or to request account deletion, contact support@tekbred.com. You must be 18 or older to use TekBred; we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
